These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and Siritogel ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at siritogel.cam. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with Siritogel, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games of chance, sports betting, bonuses and promotions, and all other platform services.

By accessing the Siritogel platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 21 years of age; (b) are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party; (c) have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them; and (d) understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Siritogel.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain a Player Account on Siritogel, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Siritogel strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be closed immediately, and any funds held in that account will be returned to the depositing payment method after investigation.
2. You are a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, bots, scripts, and any automated actors are not permitted to register accounts.
3. You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your participation is lawful.
4. You do not currently have, and have never had, a self-exclusion or similar responsible gambling restriction in force on the Siritogel platform or any affiliated platform.
5. You are not employed by Siritogel, any of its affiliate companies, game providers, or payment processors in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
6. You have not been declared legally bankrupt or entered into any formal insolvency arrangement.

Each Player may hold one and only one Player Account on the Siritogel platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all related accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• A valid and active email address to which you have exclusive access
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name
• A secure password of your choosing, which you are responsible for keeping confidential

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Player Account, including any activity conducted by a third party who has accessed your account with or without your knowledge or consent. Siritogel strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

Siritogel is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. As part of these obligations, all Players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals above a specified threshold are processed, and whenever Siritogel deems it necessary for compliance or risk management purposes.

KYC verification typically requires the submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document such as a Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three (3) months, showing your name and residential address
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your proof of identity document alongside your face
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, Siritogel may request documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds deposited into your Player Account

All submitted documents are processed and reviewed within 24–48 hours during standard operating conditions. Siritogel reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial submissions are deemed insufficient. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within 72 hours of a formal request may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Siritogel accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of locally supported payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct online banking transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB are also accepted and converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction.

The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit is RM30 for most payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits require a minimum equivalent of MYR 30.
• Deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Siritogel does not charge a platform fee for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Real Money Balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment gateway, except in cases of technical delay.
• Siritogel reserves the right to request verification of a deposit method before processing any associated withdrawal.
• Deposits made by cryptocurrency are subject to prevailing network confirmation requirements and may take longer to credit during periods of network congestion.

Siritogel is committed to processing withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and timelines:

• eWallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically processed within 5 minutes.
• DuitNow and FPX interbank transfers: typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Direct bank wire transfers: typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during banking hours.

All stated processing times are estimates based on average transaction data and are not guaranteed. Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, time of request, and any applicable compliance review requirements.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal is processed:

1. The Player's account must be fully KYC-verified.
2. The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
3. Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be fully satisfied.
4. No outstanding disputes, suspected fraud flags, or compliance holds are attached to the account.
5. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.

Siritogel offers a range of bonus offers and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP cashback, and seasonal promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's individual terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) are stated in each individual offer's terms.
• A maximum bet of MYR 250 per wager applies while bonus funds are active. Wagers exceeding this cap while bonus funds are in use will be void, and the bonus may be forfeited.
• Slot games generally contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement. Live casino and table games contribute at a reduced rate, typically 10%–20%. The exact contribution rate is specified in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses are subject to an expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation). Unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
• Bonuses are for single use only per Player, household, device, and IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Siritogel reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus funds already credited to an account are not retroactively affected except in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
• Siritogel reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional loopholes, hedging bets to guarantee outcomes regardless of game result, or colluding with other Players.

All bets and wagers placed on the Siritogel platform — whether on sports markets including the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and UFC, or on casino games including slots, live baccarat, roulette, and blackjack — are governed by the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Cancellations or modifications are not permitted after a wager has been accepted by the system except where Siritogel explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit function.
• Siritogel reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where odds were published in error, including where technical errors resulted in incorrect prices being displayed.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the official result as determined by the relevant sport's governing body or the game provider's certified RNG (Random Number Generator) shall be final.
• Siritogel does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market, or event. Markets may be suspended, settled early, or withdrawn at any time at Siritogel's discretion.
• Players must not attempt to exploit technical faults, latency advantages, or any other system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair betting advantage. Any such activity will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Siritogel platform and will result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Player Account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund a Player Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to derive an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human agency to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus structures.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Siritogel staff, support agents, or other Players through any platform channel.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any activity that Siritogel reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform's integrity, reputation, or licensed status.

Siritogel is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing players with tools to manage their gambling activity. Gambling should be an entertaining activity, and we take seriously our obligation to protect players from problem gambling behaviours.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set from within your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts at 30, 60, or 120-minute intervals during continuous gaming sessions.
• Reality Check: A full account history dashboard showing cumulative wins, losses, and session durations is available to all Players at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for defined periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During exclusion periods, the account cannot be accessed or reactivated.

All content on the Siritogel platform — including but not limited to the brand name "Siritogel", the site logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, photography, video, audio, and all other materials ("Content") — is the exclusive intellectual property of Siritogel or is licensed to Siritogel by its respective owners.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any Content without prior written consent from Siritogel.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from any Platform software.
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform Content or branding.
• Using Siritogel's name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not explicitly approved in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Siritogel's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their Player Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Siritogel shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable at the time of entering into this agreement:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of business or business opportunity
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind
• Loss arising from Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events
• Loss arising from the Player's failure to maintain adequate account security

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Siritogel's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Siritogel collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering a Player Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data-handling principles include: (a) personal data is collected only for specified, legitimate purposes and is not processed in any manner incompatible with those purposes; (b) data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements; (c) appropriate technical and organisational security measures are implemented to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction; and (d) your data will not be sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

You retain the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal data, subject to Siritogel's legal and regulatory retention obligations. All such requests should be directed to our support team at the contact details provided in Section 18.

Siritogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player Account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity
• Confirmation that the registered account holder is under 21 years of age
• Suspected multi-accounting or bonus abuse
• Compliance with a legal, regulatory, or court order

In the event of account closure by Siritogel due to breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Player Account may be forfeited at Siritogel's discretion. Where closure results from a Player's request or is otherwise not attributable to breach, the remaining Real Money Balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following satisfactory completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Siritogel is incorporated and licensed, as specified in Siritogel's applicable gaming licence documentation.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and Siritogel, the Player is encouraged to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. Siritogel will use reasonable commercial efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction identified above. Players retain any statutory rights they may have under the laws of their country of residence that cannot be excluded by this jurisdiction clause.

Siritogel reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect a Player's rights or obligations — Siritogel will provide reasonable advance notice via platform notification or email to the address registered on the Player's account.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently revised. By continuing to access or use the Siritogel platform after the effective date of any amendment, you accept the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 15.
